Gentlemen:

I will accept the offer to be placed on disciplinary probation. Furthermore, I will waive my right to a grade appeal for Dr. Finazzo’s BSC1005 class and will waive my right to appeal the actual disciplinary probation. My acceptance of this offer is contingent upon my successful enrollment in a BSC1005 class offered at Central Campus which meets on or after 5PM on weekdays or on Saturdays. Please indicate your acceptance of these terms by reinstating my ability to register for classes and by sending notice of such reinstatement to this email address. This offer is valid until 8:30 AM, January 3, 2006.

Since this letter will become part of my record with the College, I must state that I deny any violations of the Code of Conduct and that it is only in the interests of expediency that I am willing to settle this matter outside of the appeals process.
